  1. Conditions for Money-Back and Returns
    All money-back and return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
    Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accompanying items (such as instructions, accessories, etc.).
    Special items (such as opened cosmetic tools or personal care products) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the item is defective.
  2. Return Process
    To return an item, please follow these steps:
    Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team via email at rossy@spincurve.icu, support@spincurve.icu, or by calling our customer support hotline (341) 241-9400 to inform us of your return request.
    Obtain Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) for your return request. Please ensure that this authorization number is marked on the return package. Packaging: Carefully pack the item and all accessories to ensure it is not damaged during shipping.
    Returning the Item: Use a suitable mailing service to return the package to our return address (2420 SW 3RD ST APT 4, MIAMI FL, 33135).
    Keep Proof: Please keep your mailing receipt to track your package.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be processed through the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.), but handling fees or shipping costs may not be refunded.
  4. Exchange Policy: If you need to exchange the same product for a different color, please submit your exchange request within 30 days of receiving the item. Please follow the return process above and indicate your exchange request when contacting us.
  5. Exceptions: If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will provide a solution.

For damage caused by abnormal use, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
